Halter dress with bubble hem

Maroon dress from the late 90s/early 2000s. Halter dress (ties around neck), with bubble hem. In good condition, with a couple small spots of fraying on the braided detail (see pics). Material is very stretchy. This dress is very fun, reminds me of a goddess with the gold braided detail. The braiding ties around the neck and goes under breasts. Smoke free home. No rips, stains, or tears. Laying flat, measurements are: •29" from pit to hem •16.5" pit to pit -Remember, the top, around pits and back is elastic and stretches quite a bit.
