Halter low back formal dress.

Size 8, doesn’t fit my daughter as seen in photos. She’s 5’6” (not wearing heels in photos), 170lbs, 36c bra size (for reference on fit). Has a small spot above slit. Was told it was a size 12, received in mail from another site, says size 8 on the tag.
