Halter maxi dress with keyhole and tassels

This is a beautiful flowing maxi dress with burnt orange embroidery and tassels. The rest of the fabric is dark blue and cream. It is slightly longer in the back then in the front but the front is still a maxi dress. This was bought last year At target. The front photos just above my ankle and the back close to the floor.
