Halter midi wrap dress Black size 8. Jones New York classy and classic

This is a classic and classy find in black. An evening halter dress, midi length. Heavyweight so it can work all year long. Excellent condition, hardly worn. Size 8 but can probably fit a 10. There is an inside skirt that is stretchy and the dress wraps around that and ties in front. This is a great buy. I don’t do halters any more :-( Please make me offers to consider.
