Halter neck empire waist dress in cream with blue

Very pretty halter neck dress. No brand tag or size tag. I guess it's about xxs - xs. Pull on style. There's a stain on lining which does NOT show on outside. I do not know how it got that stain as I never wore it.... Classy and sexy.
