Halter neck maxi dress

Stunning lightweight halterneck dress with super long ribbon accesorry and a cropped jacket. The halterneck cut is back to fashion this year, its great for a fancy restaurant, vacation as well as for a formal occasion, especially in a hot summer day. Brand tag is missing. The dress is made for a taller person. I am 5.4" size Small and its just too long for me both upper and lower parts. Also, cup size should be at least B or C, otherwise small alteration could be done. The fabric is amazing, light, not streatchy, and not see through. Not sure if it has ever been worn, as I am selling it for my friend. It will be ironed.
