Halter prom/dance dress, full skirt w/horsehair

Very full skirt dress. Adjustable halter top tie. Shirred waist. Fun pattern around the bottom of the circle skirt. Has "horsehair" (it's like really heavy duty tulle) around the bottom edge to keep the dress poofed up. Worn once for an event; excellent used condition!
