Halter style ladies dress

Halter style ladies dress. The colors are vibrant and the fabric has a nice feel to it. The measurements are in one of the pics. I ordered two (thank you COVID weight) and didn't return this one in time. Has not been worn. It's a beautiful dress to wear to a wedding. I accessorized the one I kept with turquoise jewelry and was very pleased. Fabric: 95% cotton, 5% spandex. Super soft, flared & stretchy feeling. Feels great on the skin.Can be hand washed
