Back & white polka dots. 32” from top of front bodice to hem. Back panel has stretch and laces up for a custom fit. Waist 26” unstretched, expands to 32”. Self tie belt is 2” x 76” with no belt loops on dress. 95% cotton, 5% spandex. Could be worn with a petticoat for more fullness. Side zip. Worn once.
