Halter tie back dress paisley

Halter dress that ties around the back of the neck. The backside is open until about mid-back and is relaxed and comfortable. I wore this on a cruise and it was perfect for a day of sight seeing in Mexico that led straight into some dancing on the ship. Only worn once or twice and has lots of life left in it!
