Halter top dress or bathing suit cover up

This turquoise color beachy halter dress is perfect for a summer day out or worn as a bathing suit cover up. The strings tie around your neck to keep the dress securely in place. There is ruching around the bust area to allow for stretch to fit most sizes. There is one place in the back of the dress where a part of the string came out of the ruching (see photos) but it is not noticeable and does not affect the integrity of the dress. Measurements are approximate with the dress lying flat. - Length: ~28” in front, 30” in the back - Pit to pit: ~14.5” - Waist: ~16” - Bottom of dress: ~27”
