This dress has a removable strap for your choice of halter or strapless.
Stretchy material, lightly padded cups (most likely C cup), tie in front across chest can be loosened or tightened to accommodate bust, and zipper side with clasp. Slits on both sides, about 17" (knee height). These features and forgiving fabric make this dress work for most- small, medium or large. Never worn.
