Halterneck Feather Trimmed Dress

Beautiful and unique halter neck dress with feathers around the hem. It is a brown color and has three layers… the outer layer is a sheer silk brown material with feathers, which is followed by a lace underlay and then a slip that is made in the dress. A handful of feathers came off over the years but I saved them and they can be easily hand sown on. I will send the feathers with the dress when sold.
