pgonz25 Even though it has Hammitt stamped on it and the main compartment has the red suede, this bag is NOT authentic! I was away on vacation, and upon returning home, I saw the Made in China tag on the inside! The exterior is not real leather, and the cell phone pocket has red silky material instead of suede. Beware! I paid for a knockoff, thinking I was purchasing a real Hammitt bag! I’m so disappointed!

rcarroll29607 I am totally convinced that it’s authentic. I bought it from Hammitt directly. And the inside pocket is all suede. I can see it from the pictures that I posted.

rcarroll29607 @pgonz25 I have reached out to Support to tell them what is going on with this sale. I was able to find the email from Hammitt showing that my bag was delivered proving that it was purchased from them and therefore the bag is authentic.

pgonz25 @rcarroll29607 Thank you for responding. I also did some research, and I was surprised that some of their bags are made in Asia. The interior of the bag is suede. Only the cellphone pocket is a different material. The bag material feels different than leather, but I don’t know hat it is. Maybe it’s a special type of smooth leather. I’m sorry that I caused you concern over this sale. I was upset when I first saw the China tag. I feel that you are being truthful that it is authentic.
