Hand Beaded Beautiful Blue/Royal Blue Prom Dress, Size M!

Blue/Royal Blue Prom Dress, worn once for my Junior Prom, in great condition, has been hanging in plastic in my closet ever since! Well kept. Needs to at least be steamed or dry cleaned if you prefer. The entire dress is beautifully hand beaded - from the strapping to the delicate mesh that flows under the outline of the chest on the front and covers the upper back of the dress too down to the small but elegant train!
