Hand Decorated Dress from Mexico

Purchased this dress in Puerto Vallarta for our daughter. Soft white with hand painted and embroidered detail on front. No size tag, but the lady who made it said it was for a 3 year old. My daughter never wore this, but it did fit her when she was 3T. Brand New, but did not come with tags.
