Hand Embellished Teal Jacket

I bought this at an art show and have never worn it. The crafter purchased new quality clothing items then hand embellished them. The zipper has bling whether open or closed which is very unique. I wear a 6P/Small Petite and this jacket is not petite which means the arms would normally be too long. But the elastic at the wrist takes care of the sleeve length. Thickness of this jacket is similar to a sweat shirt.
