Hand Embroidered Turkish Boots

I purchased these boots in a small island village in Turkey. The women in the village hand embroider each pair. I am pretty sure the inside is leather. these have not been worn. only try it on. Euro size 40/us size 10. I wear a 9.5 and they also fit me.
