The cardigans I knit by hand take many weeks to complete, plus I use some of the highest quality fibers, which are quite costly to begin with. Hence the resulting price, but what you are getting is well worth it ;) This is the Detroit Cardigan. It features balloon sleeves using The Wave Wool from We Are Knitters which creates an amazing and varied texture. I used their Detroit Cardigan pattern, and set to work in the color copper. It took about seven weeks to complete, and I could not be happier with the result! It would be an expressive addition to your cool weather wardrobe. So warm and comfortable, yet feels very dressy.
