Hand Knit Ivory Lace with Gold Metallic Thread & Beaded Sleeved Shawl / Sweater

What a lovely, lovely sleeved shawl/sweater this is. I knit this for myself (one of my dream projects for many years), but made the upper sleeves a bit tight for my chunky size. This took nearly a month and a half for me to knit, but my loss is your gain. Hand knit with an ivory mohair/nylon lace yarn that has a gold metallic thread running through it, it is MUCH prettier in person than the photos show. There are also gold beads throughout the lace sections of the back, front and sleeve tips. Speaking of the sleeve tips, aren't those ends beautiful? I just love how the sleeves come to a point. This is designed to fit somewhat off the shoulder almost like a raglan sweater. I purposely made the wrists on the snug side so that they would stay in position more (due to the raglan design of the upper part). Size is approximately 29" x 64" square. Due to it's neutral design & color, this can be worn with many different colors. However, with the upcoming holidays, I can't help but picture it with a red and/or gold outfit. Care: 63% Mohair, 33% Nylon, 4% Metallic. Hand wash gently and lay flat to dry (may need to be pinned square again after washing)
