This is a very nice, warm and practical hat, in excellent NEW with tag condition. It is hand knitted from a mixture of blue and purple wool and polyamide blend.Dimensions on laying flat: width 8.5", height 9". It is unisex or for someone with a regular size head (small or medium). I have a regular size head, and this hat fits me perfectly. There is some stretch associated with the knitting. Garment care: hand wash, lay flat to dry." A hug in every hat" is the motto of the artist who made these hats. I have a similar hat in a bigger size and a lighter color (see the last photo for reference).
