Isn't she just adorable?!? This is a hand painted vintage geisha girl brooch from the late 1940s. She was made in West Germany (see Germany mark on her pin back). One of the ways that West Germany (non-communist side of the country) after World War II fixed their economy was with the production of jewelry that was sold to trading partners like the USA and Japan after the war. It was also one of the ways the country put their artists back to work by painting brooches and pendants, so you'll see a lot of hand painted pieces coming out of West Germany from the late 1940s until the 1950s. West Germany made jewelry up until the late 70s (before the wall came down in the 80s), but the majority of their production was late 40s-60s focused.
The brooch does have some paint loss on the edges (see pics) and greening to the pin back, but otherwise she's in great shape for being around 75 years old! She measures 2.75" long by 1" wide.
