Hand Sewn Herbal Sleep Pillow These hand crafted sleep pillows are made of upcycled fabrics. Measuring around 5" x 5". They are filled with the herbs, chamomile, lavender, rose petals and hops, and then sprinkled with a touch of lavender essential oil. This is a practice that has gone on for centuries. It was thought to ward off evil, promote sleep and good dreams, and calm the bad ones. It was also thought that by placing herbs under your pillow, some could foresee the future and even conjure a lover into someone's life. Please let me know which pattern you would like.
