Hand Sewn Vintage Brown, Light Blue and Black Dress with Short Cropped Jacket

My daughter bought this dress at a thrift shop. It’s obviously handmade and is really cute! I estimate it’s a size small. Waist is 15 1/2”; shoulder to waist is 12”; waist to hem 25”; pocket 4”; armpit to armpit in back is 13”. If you’d like more measurements, please feel free to DM me.
