Hand Smocked Romper Peter Pan Collar Blue White by Barbara P Brown Measured: armpit to armpit: 9" top of shoulder by collar down to ankle hem: 22" No size tag, only tag says "Made with Loving Stitches by Barbara P Brown." I cannot find other items online by Barbara P Brown, I do believe this was a unique, custom, & handmade smocked romper. Creases/folds may need to be reset & ironed in place. Imperfect used condition as it's not new, but I couldn't find any stains or flaws; we'll leave room for human error, but this is a stunning little romper. Pet friendly, smoke free home. 51b32
