Beautiful colorful hand smocked bishop style dress! This style of hand smocked dress is very forgiving in size and will fit alot of size ranges, my granddaughter wears a sz 8 to 10 in other normal fitting clothing, but in bishops she can wear a size 6 to 8. they are stretchy in the shoulders and made long so it really doesn't matter where the dress hits when wearing this style, I like them from to the ankle up to the knee.
