Hand appliquéed ladies special occasion dress

This dress was hand-sewn by designer Rochelle Carino (actual design copied from another dress). It is actually a more vibrant teal than the pictures indicate. All appliqués were hand dyed. Hemline is asymmetrical and ends a few inches below the knee. It also comes with a separate 3/4 sleeve jacket. It is approximately a size 14. My mother wore it to my wedding a few years ago. General measurements: Bust - 46” Waist - 40” Armpit to waist - 9” Waist to hem - 22” to 28”
