Hand created Poupee Millet Doll from France

Poupée Millet dolls are truly unique works of art.  Each one is individually handcrafted and hand sewn and filled with millet (thus the name Poupée Millet, pronounced POO-PAY MEE-YAY). With fanciful headdresses and a myriad of exotic fabrics, no two dolls are alike. Each doll is full of personality and poseable, and each is signed by the artist. In 1983 the "Poupée Millet” studio opened in Paris, France, with two artists:  Serge Chichportich, born in Paris, France and Pablo Parés, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  This doll is in excellent condition, without damages.
