Hand made Italian leather dress shoes men’s sz 45

Hand made Italian leather dress shoes Brown leather Men’s size 45 They fit me and I typically wear a size 11.5 - 12 in dress shoes and boots and a 13 in vans and converse type sneakers. They are in nice condition, they just have one small section of rubber (or stacked leather?) at the bottom of the sole that came off which could be very easily repaired by a cobbler (see last pic). Overall the shoes are in great condition. Thanks for looking!
