Hand made crochet toddler hooded cardigan sweater

Hand made crochet toddler hooded jacket Beautiful blue with a touch of periwinkle, super soft hand made cardigan sweater for a young toddler. I'm not sure the exact size or corresponds to, but my small-average size daughter wore it once for Easter when she was about 18 months. It definitely fit her until past 2, but it was summer and too hot to wear. I tried to capture important measurements in the photos but please feel free to message and ask questions. The photo with the sleeve measurement is most true color, my phone camera was really struggling to capture color with the yarn sheen. I think the yarn may be Caron Simply Soft which is 100% acrylic, but I'm not certain. This was washed twice in fragrance free detergent and air dried, and looks almost new. Smoke free, pet free home.
