Hand painted shirt

White button down shirt with a lay down collar that started out as a men's 15.5 neck is now a woman's XL /1X based on the pit to pit measurement of 22 inches. Beautiful hand painted roses in all their greenery and splendor on the front and back of shirt. This is very nicely done, paint is not stiff or ridged. EUC no stains, holes, odors. Bin C
