Hand smocked whale insert put in a tee shirt shorts swim dress pocket crafts

This insert is hand smocked and was taken out of a pair of boys swim trunks. The smocked panel is in perfect condition and ready to be put into another item. This would be so cute in a tee shirt, shorts, swim trunks, swimsuit, girls dress, blouse etc. This is already piped and backed so most of the work is done already. This would make a very cute outfit if you know how to sew. This is very simple to insert. The size is 2.5” by 3” approximately.
