14.5” x 68” Handweaved in Muang Ngoy Neua, Laos I traveled 2 days down the Mae Kong river on a small boat then another boat trip to the Nam Ou river in Laos to get this hand weaved piece! Muang Ngoi Neua is a Lao town along the Nam Ou in Louangphrabang Province. It is part of Ngoi district 170 kilometres North-East of Luang Prabang. The current population is about 700, and of Lao Loum ethnicity.
