This makes no sense! I love Poshmark and this should not be tolerated! NO BUYER should have to ask if their item was shipped or track down a seller to ask about their item! CUSTOMER SERVICE is about pleasing your customer! If I have to search for my item PLEASE don't bother to ask why your feedback is negative! If you can't print a label, why bother selling! Thank goodness for reliable sellers! Please don't blame USPS for items you didn't ship! If you can't ship in 3 days, DON'T SELL! 😠😡😔

parkoneplace @dani8280, that grinds my gears too! Things happen.Why not be honest. When questioned, gets a attitude and then blocks the buyer, really? You will be in business a long time sweetheart. Said no one EVER!

I had cancelled the order! 😡😠😡😠 I even bought the item again (trying to be understanding) after she told me her situation. She promised to ship the next day...this same item I made this post about....Guess what....I had to cancel this again 3 days ago! Smdh! Never again!

sharlovesalex I made a similar post a few months ago. Bought some much sought after jeans, seller took over 10 days to ship and I kept asking and no reply. Then finally she responds and says she's shipping next day, but 3 days later, nothing. I was nice and let her know I was cancelling but that it wasn't fair not to communicate. I told her if she decided to relist when she was less busy, I'd buy again...she blocked me! Never said why she didn't ship or anything. 😠😠😠😠

danie8280 @lovelm I cancelled my order with this seller twice and both times waited 10+ days for my order. I'm such an optimistic person I let her set the order up the second time regardless of why I had to wait. She even asked for a third tomato ship the item and never shipped it the first two times.

sweetlisaxo @danie8280 ya, that pisses me off with a passion when there is no communication with the buyer from the seller. Then takes two plus weeks to ship...OMG.. that crap annoys me like no other so I feel you. I try to remind myself to view their ship time before I buy just so I know if they take the time to ship fast or not. A lot of times I won't buy if it's like more then 3 to ship. Why have a closet if your just making buyers pissed to shipping so late or don't have the item. That has happen to me.
