sjacks1013 You said previously that the lining was cleaned but the stains are still there, is there any odor or smells from the lining?

ggscloset48 @sjacks1013 nothing that I can smell, but what was used to try and clean it, soap and water, you might have something better to use.

sjacks1013 @ggscloset48 I always spray a little shout directly on the stains & let it sit for 15 minutes then try & covered all the leather & hardware so that it doesn’t get wet & gently wash the stains with Woolite. That seems to work pretty good but have to be so careful not to let any water or shout or detergent get on the leather & silver parts.

ggscloset48 @sjacks1013 thank you for that information. if you purchase the purse you may try that, but it will not be a return item if it doesn't work for you. I take pictures of my items before I mail them off for my records.

sjacks1013 @ggscloset48 that process only works if it is fresh stains. It won’t work on stains that have already had water & detergent on them. Somehow they are set after they have been washed if the stains are still there. I didn’t think anything on this site could be returned after the purchase. Can some things be returned? I’m still new to Poshmart. Thanks
