Hi @roxannemutchler — bag is 16” wide at top but 12” at base? Also, what is the strap drop length from shoulder to top of bag? Thank you!

Good morning, sorry for the delay in responding to you. I had not realized you submitted a question.
The measurements in the ad for the width are correct as the handbag is wider at the top where the zipper is. The bottom or base of the bag is 5 inches wide. There are 4 brass brads on the bottom of the bag.
The detachable strap is adjustable to many different lengths. 12” if strap is doubled; 23” if not doubled, and any length in between 12” and 23”.
