Handcarved wood Native American Indian doll w handsewn dress vintage real basket

I’m not sure what Native American tribe this little doll is from, but it is all handcarved from wood and the cloths are handmade. The arms reticulate up and down it’s holding a real basket, it has fuzzy hair not sure what it’s made out of. It’s in pretty good condition and looks to be probably, my guess is 40 years old maybe? About 8” tall. Stands on its own.
