That means that it hasn't been worn, but was stored for a unknown amount of time. Made in Bali, Indonesia. No tags, as shown. Handcrafted glass seed bead belt, 6 strands braided design with fringe or tassel ( a little over 4" long). Measures 46-47" long plus the tassel on each side. Shown on 32" waist. Bronze with a touch of gold color, 1/8" diameter glass beads. The black and brown accent beads are wood. Total weight is 5 oz.
