Handcrafted necklace and earrings

This was purchased at a handcrafted jewelry fair many many years ago. It is quite a striking piece of jewelry with the matching earrings. necklace is 24 inches long plus the 1 inch fringe at the bottom and may be adjusted an additional 2 inches. Earrings are post back for pierced ears.
