Handcrafted vintage ceremic bell

This is a gorgeous winter scene bell sculpted in ceremic and signed with the name in the ceremic C Guipp. The scene depicts trees in the winter and the handle is made from wood. The part that makes the bell ring is a little faux pearl on a golden string. There are some dark marks around the rim.
