Handcrafted vintage bead, pearl, charm, fan tassel necklace

This is a nice piece that has allot more going on than can be seen in pics. There's the blue bead, a pearl, the gold charm that says "believe in your dreams" the gold feather & the dark blue fan tail. It's very nicely made. Like new.
