Handcrafted vintage greens & browns rhinestone bead cord statement necklace

Amazing golden copper & bright greens rhinestones, elastic/cord & beads in a large flower design statement necklace. Yr Early - Mid 70's. Has been appraised by 2 vintage jewelry appraisers & deemed as jeweler #1 "The only piece of this kind I have ever seen in person & known to be in existence outside of a professional collection". -Jeweler #2 "The only piece I have seen & I'm pretty sure will ever see in this pristine condition. A true collectors piece" this jeweler HAD been brought one in the early 90's but it was in poor condition. This piece has been stored in a collectors case & is in new condition.
