Made in India. I've seen this described as a festival dress, I picture it with cowboy boots. Clearing this out of my mom's closet. The size says "Free Size" probably because the bodice can be loosened with ties, and the waist can be tied in or loosened the back with a sewn in back tie belt. The embroidery details add visual interest to the bodice and the skirt which also flares out and has an asymmetrical handkerchief hemline. Time to take this baby out dancing! It has two pulled waist seams as shown in the pictures. Selling as-is with a note that this would be a quick fix. (If I get round to it, I will remove this note and increase the price to online comparables.) Smoke-free home.
