Airy summer vibes abound with this black and white chevron dress from INC International Concepts. NWT, never worn. Side zipper. Flaws: there are some runs in the outer layer of the skirt, see photos Size M. Measurements (taken with garment lying flat): Bust 17", stretchy Waist 16.5" Hips 21" All my items are gently loved.
