Lovely flowy handkerchief hemmed polka dot skirt. Dark navy background. Lined to the knee, corners of the shell extend past the liner. Some small flaws noted in pictures. Size 10, no closures, pull on skirt. Has some stretch, could fit from a loose 8 to a snug 12.
