Handkerchief Decorative Dress

This interesting item is a handkerchief dress. The item has a great pattern with embellishments. It also has drawstring along the waist. The labels are missing so I am not sure of the manufacturer or material. The measurements are 34” L x 41” W (tip of sleeve to tip of sleeve). This dress has been gently worn but it is in very good condition. There is a small hole. (See photo)
