This dress and jacket was made from a pattern that was the style worn on the series Outlander. The dress has a seersucker type fabric with a cotton top that has lace hand sewn into it. The dress has a button closure in the back. The jacket is made from a double knit fabric (limited stretch) and peplum back skirt, then finished with lace and buttons. The burgundy jacket is made the same as blue one above. However it is fully lined and made from cotton, so may be a tighter fit. Also there are no buttons, just the faux belt.
