Handmade 3 button wool vest

Beautiful hand made wool vest. Tag is small but would call this more a medium fit. See measurements, and I’m happy to share other dimensions. Quite certain Kit Cornell is the person who hand made this piece at home and had custom hang tags. Not a brand you can purchase anywhere.
