Handmade 90s patterned jumper dress

Very cute 90s handmade jumper in cotton with side seam pockets, primary colored print of sailboats, suns, palm trees. Buttons all the way down the front. This was a maxi dress and I chopped it to midi / shin length and hand sewed the bottom hem (straight, but not particularly well sewn, but not visible when wearing). Otherwise excellent. 21” across the bust 46” length
