I had this dress handmade for my daughter by a company called Hidehanky. It's a size 3T. She wore it for 2 years for Halloween only. Minor Spots on the back of the underskirt. It is not visible when the dress is on. I used it for an Alice in Wonderland theme. But it could be used for Cinderella as well.
